Okay so I must admit I am going through a bit of a movie obsession, but really this is the absolute best way to wind down after a massive week of school and sport. The first three movies are Zathura, Journey to the Centre of the Earth and Bridge to Terabithia which I primarily love because they feature Josh Hutcherson ;).
Then the hunger games is just a given as it is actually the best movie to grace the planet! It has one of the most powerful story-lines and is almost as good as the book (although reading the book gives you a much deeper appreciation for the movie), and its literally over an hour of getting to watch my favorite actors Josh Hutcherson, Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth!!
Johnny English is the funniest movie I have ever seen, my family has watched it a like a zillion times and I can pretty much say it line for line (and you finally get to hear Mr Bean speak!!).
Pitch Perfect - wow. It is actually like High School Musical grew up and started a fraternity and paternity at college. Some of the best music I actually have the album on spotify.
Summer Heights High and Jamie have got to be the most amazing thing to come out of the Australian film industry. I don't even know how to explain it except you HAVE to see them.
So my beautiful friend Nicole recently cam back from Dubai and brought me the loveliest gifts. The gold bangle is actually gorgeous and the basket of incense has me written all over it. The money spent on buying these products went towards supporting families in Dubai and I love them so much!

Reading! What is better than sitting down with a tea and indulging in amazing pieces of literature. Girlfriend is an Australian teen magazine and has lots of super cute fashion sections as well as self-help and advice pages.
Birthmarked by Caragh O'Brien tells the story of a young girl "Fraught with difficult moral choices and rich with intricate layers of codes, Birthmarked explores a colorful, cruel, eerily familiar world where a criminal is defined by her genes, and one girl can make all the difference" ( Caragh O'Brien).
Treasure Yourself is written by world renowned model Miranda Kerr and is an inspiring book for all young girls. It tells her story as well as encouraging girls to love themselves and embrace their imperfections. One of my favorite parts of the book is a poem:
"For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.
For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.
For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry.
For beautiful hair, let a child run his or her fingers through it once a day.
