Sweet About Cherry Tomato Buschetta | DIY

Cherry Tomato Buschetta's are literally the yummiest snack I have ever encountered, the sweet fresh flavors literally leave my taste buds tingling.  I couldn't bear to keep this simple recipe from the world any longer, so here it goes.

Ingredients:
- Traditional Buschetta Bread (Garlic and Parsley Flavored)
- Punnet of fresh Cherry Tomatoes
- Balsamic Vinegar (Lime Flavored)
- Cracked Pepper
- Natural Sea Salt
- Handful of Basil
- Butter/Margarine

Utensils
- Wooden Cutting Board
- Serrated Knife
- Small Bowl
- Fork
- Spoon

Step One - Grab out the amount of cherry tomatoes you wish to use and wash them under fresh water

Step Two - Use your serrated knife to cute the cherry tomatoes into quarters.  Use a sawing motion appose to pushing through the tomato to avoid the knife slipping and cutting you and/or the tomato getting damaged.

Step Three - After cutting all of your cherry tomatoes into quarters tip them into the small bowl

Step Four - Twist some salt and pepper into the bowl of tomatoes, the amount of pepper you use is entirely up to you :) Drizzle Lime Balsamic Vinegar generously over the tomatoes and then using a fork mix the tomatoes into each other

Step Five  - Leave your tomatoes to sit and soak up the dressing whilst you toast your Buschetta bread, make sure you are watching the break as it won't require a full toasting, just enough to make it warm and slightly crunchy

Step Six - As soon as your Buschetta bread is ready generously apply butter or margarine to soften the top of the bread

Step Seven - Lay your Buschetta bread onto the board and scoop the tomatoes onto the bread. then use your teaspoon to drizzle over the remaining dressing

Step Eight - Add some fresh basil leaves for extra sophistication and enjoy!
